Take a Trip to The Sea with Rustico

There are so many ways you can prepare it to make it tasty and healthy. At Rustico, we serve eight ounces, grilled and served over cilantro quinoa. It's no secret that if you're trying to get some food in Flower Mound, look no further than seafood.

Pan seared sea bass 

Our next favorite seafood dish on our list is the Pan Seared Sea Bass. This is one of those dishes that people feel proud of because it kind of feels a little exotic in comparison to the rest of the menu. Trying our Sea Bass can be a big deal for anyone who's starting out in seafood. If you order this dish, you'll get eight ounces, pan seared, topped with lemon butter, and garnished with creamed corn.

Cajun Redfish

Another red fish dish we serve is our Cajun Redfish. If you love a little spice, this is the dish for you. As you know, most dishes that are Cajun have a little bit of kick to them. And this is no exception. Because when you order this dish you'll get ten ounces, topped with spicy tomato cream sauce and served over dirty rice. This dish will definitely wake up your taste buds and leave you with the desire for something sweet, maybe even a dessert.
