The Making of Rustico
Rustico Wood Fired Grill & Wine Bar was opened with one goal: to bring authentic cuisine and stellar service to residents and visitors of Flower Mound. In November of 2019, that vision was brought to life under the direction of Marty Bryan, the sole owner of the famous restaurant Marty B’s in Bartonville, Texas.
Designed as an intimate setting for date night and small groups, Rustico has quickly earned a spot as one the best restaurants in Flower Mound. We offer innovative cuisine, artisan-style cocktails, and an extensive ‘new’ and ‘old’ world wine list. Just like Marty B’s, Rustico is set apart from other restaurants in the area for its commitment to locally grown and sourced produce, along with organic meats.
Rustico is proud to partner with family farms and ranches to provide customers with sustainable meats that adhere to a higher standard of quality, flavor, and ethics. Some of these farms include 44 Farms, RedBird, and Compart Duroc Prime Meats. You can rest assured that every delicious dish boasts all-natural meat with zero antibiotics and hormones.
The Rustico menu is made up of the types of food you can’t find at Marty B’s, including steak, seafood, specialty chicken, and wood-fired pizza. While each restaurant has a lot to offer in terms of food, drinks, and service, they both hold significant differences. Marty B’s is the party place, while Rustico provides a smaller, upscale atmosphere and unique dining experience that is open for dinner only.
